At Sunset Grill, we believe in families, vacations and most of all we believe in working hard so we can play hard. It's not just a job with a paycheck every two weeks, it's a philosophy.

With a one shift operation, we have a very low staff turnover in our restaurants. This is all thanks to the fact that we are a niche business - we serve breakfast and lunch, we do it extremely well and we go home. It's that simple.
