Cash or Liquid Assets Required (unencumbered): $150,000 to $200,000
Bank Financing Available Upon Approval:
 Up to $300,000 (80% of Leasehold and Equipment)
Small Business Loan

The Franchise Includes Our Professional Guidance With the Following:
  • Location search
  • Securing of necessary financing
  • Offer to lease or purchase
  • Lease negotiations
  • Initial drawing and design
  • Hiring an Engineer / Architect
  • Hiring, training and managing of staff
  • Two weeks training prior to opening
  • Two weeks training during opening
  • Use of all Sunset Grill manuals, menus, etc.
  • Right to use trademarks and trade names
  • Volume discount through our approved suppliers
  • Exclusive territory
  • Ongoing support from Head Office

Our build outs are turn-key, operations are fully standardized.

Owner / Operator Required Qualifications

  • Supervisory or managerial background an asset
  • Ability to relate well with both customers and employees
  • Must possess integrity, honesty, sincerity and tenacity
  • Must be willing to follow a standard operation procedure and management system
  • Must be willing to learn and understand the cooking process and kitchen areas

Advertising / Marketing

  • We believe a “prime location” is our best advertising
  • We build a regular customer base through word of mouth and consistently impressing our customers
  • We support local community events
  • We are consistently voted best breakfast restaurant Eg. Reader’s Choice Awards
  • We arouse people’s curiosity through our short hours and long lineups
  • We receive free advertising from articles written on the phenomenal popularity of Sunset Grill
  • Our 1% advertising fund is used wisely to promote our stores and further their profitability
